Packaging Requirements
Packaging Materials | Packaging Requirements |
All type of packaging materials | 1. Multiple pieces of small Goods cannot be tied into one piece with packing strap, packing tape, and shrink wrap.
2. Cushioning materials like sponges, bubble wraps, foam wraps, ropes, etc. cannot be used as the outer packaging of the Goods.
3. All Goods need to be packed appropriately unless the Goods, themselves, are packing materials (such as cartons, woods, and fiber bags). |
Cartons | 1. All Goods must be placed in the middle of the Packaging container.
2. There should be a gap between multiple Goods.
3. There should be no sound when the Parcel is shaken.
4. None of the sides of the Packaging container must hit the Goods.
5. All Packaging containers must have adequate inner filling materials.
6. Fragile Goods must be protected by cushioning materials both inside and outside.
7. The surface of the Parcel should be smooth and should not contain any spikes or thorns. |
Woods | 1. For wooden pallets Packaging Goods, the width of the wooden bar must be more than 5 centimeters and the thickness must more than 1.5 centimeters.
2. The thickness and width must be more than 3 centimeters.
3. The distance between the two wooden bars should not be greater than 30 centimeters.
4. Irregular and machine Goods must be packed with wooden pallets, and the surface of the Goods must not be exposed.
5. Before packing them with wooden pallets, the surface of the Goods must be covered with sponges, bubble wraps, foam wraps, shrink wrap, etc. |
